We are an independent organization with the objective to assist the public and the shareholders in obtaining the truth about Sharemax and its directors. We further strive to find the best possible way to redeem funds invested in the Sharemax scheme as we believe that the article 311 application requested by the interim directors, is not a solution as it is our point of view that some shareholders will be benefited more than others.
After we have seen the lavish lifestyle of the directors compared to the state of poverty in which some of the investors are in, we feel its our duty to reveal the truth about the Sharemax scheme. We also need to state that we have already had high level talks with the Hawks, who have assembled a task team to investigate the documents we have handed over to them.
